Bob Talbott

Mr. Talbott is a real estate developer, with his principal office in Knoxville, Tennessee. He is President of Holrob Investments, LLC and Holrob Commercial Realty , LLC and has substantial experience in finance, acquisition, development, leasing, and property management.

Mr. Talbott worked 12 years with Horne Properties, Inc., a developer of strip centers and freestanding credit leased facilities. Mr. Talbott became President of Horne Properties, Inc. and, during that period, was involved in development of more than 75 retail properties throughout the South, Southwest and Midwest. He also handled acquisitions of office buildings and was involved in the development of apartments, condominiums, subdivisions, and an office warehouse.

Holrob Investments, LLC and its affiliated companies are involved in all aspects of real estate development, including retail, office, and residential development.

Mr. Talbott currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the University of Tennessee and South College and has been a Past Campaign Chair for the United Way of Greater Knoxville and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Webb School. He is currently a member of the board for the Knoxville Zoo and has previously served on the boards of the YMCA of Knoxville, St. Mary’s Foundation, the Public Building Authority, Wesley House, the Knoxville Symphony, Leadership Knoxville, the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce, BankEast, and, in 1996, served on the Knoxville-Knox County Charter Commission.

Mr. Talbott holds undergraduate and law degrees from The University of Tennessee.
