Devon’s Board of Advisors assists in reviewing development opportunities, due diligence information, joint venture proposals, and project financing; the Board also invests along with Devon when the right opportunities arise. The Board is not directly involved in the governance of Devon but provides a sounding board for major investments and development deals. The Board includes business executives and professionals with substantial real estate and investment experience.
